The House
We are in an old country house dating back to the end of the ‘700, several time renovated and enlarged. Since we have moved in 1999, we have done some changes trying to save the traditional architectonic elements. The house includes 2 outbuildings, one where is a bricks wood-fire oven and another one is a tools and bicycles garage and workshop, on which roof is disposed the photovoltaic system. The outdoor space includes a relax spot under olives trees, an olive groove, an orchard, a wild field where we let grow spontaneous herbs.
The Rooms
The big room we offer for your stay has been make out from the wine-vat room; the other room is on the second floor, and has a panoramic view of the nearby valley and on Santopietro Belvedere. Both have independent entrance and bathroom, and are furnished mainly with family furnitures of the ’20s-’30s. The big room as a doublebed but it can host 4 people, using a sofa-bed and also a baby-bed can be added. The panoramic room, however, can accommodate two people in a double bed.
The rooms and the bathrooms are cleaned every 3 days, with the same frequency are changed linen and towels; however, if you don’t agree, give you other provisions…
In the bathrooms we invite you to use biodegradable detergents or those that you will find available in the special dispensers.

Prices
For a single use room we charge € 45.00 per night.
For a double room we ask € 70.00 for one night only, € 65.00/night if the nights are more than one.
For the triple or quadruple room we ask € 90.00 per night.
If you bring your own towels, € 1,00/person/night of discount, as if you bring your own sheets; discounts are cumulative (towels + linen = -2.00 €).
Childrens under 6 years don’t pay, between 6 and 10 years they pay half.
The guided walks costs each € 10,00 per person, no cost for children under 10 years, half price for kids between 10 and 14. If you are a 4 adult people group you pay for 3 only.
Optional services
We haven’t television, but we offer a Wi-Fi service.
At no cost, you can use our mountain bikes (if you brought back them…). You can keep yours in a closed garage and use our workshop.
We will give you any kind of info about transports, itineraries, museums, local events and sites to visit; but we will not help you to get info about events based on hunting, animals exploitation or animals eating.
We are sorry not to be able to host your dogs as we don’t have a situation confortable enough for them and we don’t want to stress our cats; but if you have a solution to propose, we can talk about…

When the date has a green background both rooms are free, when it has a yellow background only one is free, with a red background they are both occupied.
